Cancellation and refunds

1. Cancel any time

You can cancel a subscription online, in the same way you signed up, without contacting us. [Describe where the cancel button is, for example account page]. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for unless stated otherwise at purchase.

2. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and services the period starts on the day the contract is concluded. If you ask us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for what you already used, and your right can be affected as the law provides [have a lawyer confirm the exact wording and the express-consent checkbox you must show at checkout].

To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email to [contact email], or use the model form below. We will confirm receipt and refund payments within 14 days of learning of your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

3. Our own refund promise
